BT Operations Department Manager

Responsibilities:

Booking and issuing air and railway tickets in GDS Amadeus, Sirena, Smart ticketing;
Execution of exchanges and refunds;
Hotel reservations, organization of transfer services;
Development of an optimal travel package for an employee;
Working with primary accounting documentation;
Working with individual and group routes;
Experience working with corporate clients.

Conditions:

Preferably knowledge of the 1c accounting system, CRM or similar;
To be ready for the work schedule 10:00 – 19:00, 11:00 – 20:00 with a five-day working week with weekends on Saturday/Sunday;
Stress tolerance, multitasking, customer orientation, to be ready for an intensive work;
Attentiveness, benevolence, accuracy, the desire to learn new things;
Ability to resolve conflict situations.
